Thanks Bart !  Paul, more excellent choices !  Just an El Quicko reminder - 2morrow is the last day for the Non-Denominational Creche Festival (manger Exhibit) in Midway (Midway Stake center) which starts at 11AM and ends at 8PM. There are roughly 1,000 exhibits from all around the world. Very worth- while.  PS - there are some Christmasy live performances, a Marianette show and even Manger Scene costumes which your Grandkiddies can wear for a complimentary, free, zip, nada photo shoot.     Mangy Man of Mangers

Paul, do you still believe in Santa Claus, the easter bunny, and the tooth fairy?  We need to talk, because I believe in them too, and it is really a blessing to be just a little crazy, because you don't have to deal with all the people that think there are no fairy tales left.  Have you put up your Christmas tree yet?  I just got done and now I want to decorate the outside. If you haven't decorated yet, you better get started.  If you blink, you will miss Christmas.  I am on rapid transit, where did the last 40 yrs go?  I know for a fact that I can't be pushing 60.  My kids have finally realized that I am not 29 anymore, and whats sad is, my grandkids think they are smarter than "poor grandma Bee."  I just let them think I am senile, that way, I can do and say anything I want.

Hey Bobby!  --I mean Paul!  If you were'nt a contest winner you certainly should have been!  Maybe the hair was the difference.  Now I can't wait to hear you sing.  When can we look forward to that Mr. Vee?  Thanks for the holiday songs/videos  --  Fun!

Thought I could detect Norad's tracking signals in the Vicinity of Kolob, but I had my Cloaking Device activated, so they passed me right by - I believe I was somewhere in the Gamma Quadrant. Bee, love the 'senile' trick - that's probably how I get away with so many outlandish acts and words, only, in my case, the senility is TRUE ! Keep Smilin', Y'All --  Gamma Ginko   PS - Paul have u seen the Creche carved into the head of a matchstick ? It was done by an eighty-year old geezer using an Exacto Knife !

Observations  on Growing Older

 ~Your  kids are becoming you...and you don't like them...but your  grandchildren are perfect!

 ~Going  out is good. Coming home is  better!

 ~When  people say you look "Great"...
 they add "for your  age!"

 ~When  you needed the discount you paid full price.  Now you get  discounts on everything ....movies, hotels, flights, but you're too tired to use them.

 ~You  forget names ... but it's OK because other people  forgot they even knew you!!!

 ~The 5 pounds you wanted to lose is now 15 and you have a better chance of losing your keys than the 15 pounds.

 ~You realize you're never going to be really good at anything .... especially golf.

 ~Your spouse is counting on you to remember things you don't remember.

 ~The things you used to care to do, you no longer care to do, but you really do care that you don't care to do them anymore.

 ~Your spouse sleeps better on a lounge chair with the TV blaring than he does in bed.  It's called his "pre-sleep".

 ~Remember when your mother said "Wear clean underwear in case you GET in an accident"?  Now you bring clean underwear in case you HAVE an accident!

 ~You  used to say, "I hope my kids GET married ... Now, "I hope  they STAY married!"

 ~You miss the days when everything worked with just an "ON" and  "OFF" switch.

 ~When GOOGLE, ipod, email, modem ....
 were unheard of, and a mouse was something that made you climb on a table.

 ~You used to use more 4 letter words ...
 "what?"..."when?"  ???

 ~Now that you can afford expensive jewelry, it's not safe to wear it anywhere.

 ~You read 100 pages into a book before you realize you've read it.

 ~Notice everything they sell in stores is  "sleeveless"?!!!

 ~What used to be freckles are now liver  spots.

 ~Everybody  whispers.

 ~You have 3 sizes of clothes in your closet  .... 2 of which you will never wear.

 ~~~~But old is good in some things:
 old songs
 old  movies
And  best of all OLD FRIENDS!!
 Send  this on to other
"Old Friends!" and
 let them laugh in  AGREEMENT!!!
A little chuckle for you golfing nuts...
Ed and Dorothy met while on a singles cruise and Ed fell head over heels for her.
When they discovered they both lived in the same city only a few miles apart, Ed was ecstatic.
He immediately started asking her out when they got home. Within  a couple of weeks, Ed had taken Dorothy to dance clubs, restaurants, concerts, movies, and museums. Ed became convinced that Dorothy was indeed his soul mate and true love. Every date seemed better than the last.
On the one-month anniversary of their first dinner on the cruise ship, Ed took Dorothy to a fine restaurant. While having cocktails and waiting for their salad, Ed said....
"I guess  you can tell I'm very much in love with you. I'd like a little serious talk before our relationship continues to the next stage. So, before I get a box out of my jacket and ask you a life changing question, it's only fair to warn  you, I'm a total golf nut. I play golf, I read about golf, I watch golf on TV. In short, I eat, sleep, and breathe golf. If that's going to be a problem, for us, you'd better say so now!"
Dorothy took a deep breath and responded...
"Ed, that certainly won't be a problem. I love you as you are and I love golf too.......but, since we're being totally honest with each other, you need to know that for the last five years I've been a hooker."
"Oh wow! I see," Ed replied.
He looked down at the table, and was quiet for a moment, deep in thought then he added........
"You know, it's probably just because you're not keeping your wrists straight when you tee off.
So, THAT'S what happened to it ! Last I saw of it was in Herriman - remember?.... when I saw something wierd up in the sky....Hmm.....Knew I couldn't trust a guy that goes around inspiring people to write songs that include " I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus....." and who knows what else !    ' Bikeless in West Jordan'   [and here I've been blaming Ross this whole time !] (remember when he swiped my '57 Chevy  from South High Parking Lot ? ).   Keep Smilin' and Golfin' !
Hello all.... Hope everyone is looking forward to a very Merry Christmas? Just got back home from the Las Vegas Maaco Bowl game. It was hart breaking! thought I came to see Utah play Boise State, not UNLV and Boise State? Wish they could have played better.
Headed to Salt Lake in the morning for Christmas. Maybe I'll run into some of ya at Temple Square Thursday night.
See ya,
Chris, you are describing some of the worst nightmares I ever had !  Don't anybody tell me they never dreamt of forgetting where their locker is, their combo (thanks, Chris,  for the REMINDER), showing up to School wearing only your underwear, can't remember what your next class is or where it is IF you could remember - dig ? Pleasant dreams, Cubbies (keep it to 'visions of sugarplums' only).  Happy Humbug to you all !    Locker Fairy Jairy (now that's scairy)
 Preston - thank you for keeping everyone together with your messages and caring. I didn't attend the reunion, but I can see what a great family of "cubbies" everyone is after all these years.  The DVD made me feel like I'm still part of the family and am proud to be a Southerner. Thanks to all of you that work so hard behind the scenes.
  Thanks Jerry, I was just digging through the book case in my office the other day. I found my documents from the JAWSAT project... The "Bird" is still orbiting the earth North to South... It passes three times a day and three times at night over Salt Lake City. I'm Ground Control Operator and hold the licensing of the satellite in my name. I worked for over three year on the project with many others...
Merry Christmas
BTW: Was your bike stolen?
