Wishing you a great day Richard! Hope you and Rose can get out and celebrate. Hope all of your posterity are doing well. I believe my wife, Bonnie, was getting her pacemaker the day we bumped into one another at the hospital. It has served her well and she is doing great.

I can't believe how fast birthdays keep coming around. I suppose it can be argued that it's good to have a birthday because the alternative isn't desirable, or so they say. Maybe the alternative isn't so bad, no one comes back from it. Anyway, enjoy your Birthday and I'm glad you can. Have a great day Brent. How is your wife doing after her heart procedure back when I ran into you at the hospital? Great I hope.

Happy Birthday Jeff. In that you're 6 days older, I'm wondering if we crossed paths 69 years ago at the hospital? I was born at the old St Marks in NW SLC. Maybe we gave each other a high five but more likely just passed gas?
Actually Richard Daniels, Ramona Gatsos and I shared our 1 year old mugs in the Desert News in November of 1952.
But I digress...hope you and Lori have a great celebration planned. You are a good man Jeff.

I just read your funny school story, Connie. I have an almost identical story from Lincoln Jr High. I believe the type teacher was Miss Poulson, and like you, I didn't take the class very seriously. One day she told me how much I would regret not learning to type and I said "no I won't, I plan on being my own boss and I will hire all the typists that I need. That was a little arrogant of me and I really never intended to go into business, but sure enough ever since graduating from the U, I have been my own boss and owned three different businesses (including Reliable Title & Escrow) and hired a number of "typists and secretaries." I am still a lousy typist.
Which lenders did you work at?
