Even though Dave and hadn't seen or been in touch for years I'm so glad that I had been calling and talking with him. Thanks to Jody for letting know about his illness!! Being able to talk about all the really stupid things we had gotten away with all those many years ago. One of the problems of not being there in SLC is losing those memories and contacts, I will miss his services so I just want to let his family and friends know how sad I am for their loss. Good bye My Friend !!!!!
I don't know what to say except that nearly every memory I have from South and years afterward include Dave Lyman. Whenever talking to some new aquaintance about high school days I always dropped Dave's name. So many regrets for not picking up the phone and calling him to check on how he was doing.
