I was working the desk at the Whitmore Library and in walked John Mathews. It was great to see a fellow Cubby today!

How do you feel about the news that there is such a thing as "old People smell"?

Thank You, My Dear Colleen and Charlotte 😊Ever heard o' Erda? Great place to live, but the City is on its way spiraling, out of control, down to Hell😳👹👿 I'll explain, later🥴😉I SURELY did enjoy Our last reunion, at the Country Club where I installed and maintained their phone system (Say what?!🧐). Were Either of You there, as I yelled out 'Angel Moroni' in answer to one of the questions? Well, I inspired Myself to upgrade My car src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3images.classcreator.com/12385/002/2491555/img_8215.jpg">

Classic, Jerry!
Charlotte, I would suggest we all douse ourselves in Elsha or Tabu.

You so crazy (and unique and entertaining), Jerry!

Brent, that would make us more unpleasant than the old people smell.

Charlotte, that would depend on exactly what smells are emanating from those old folks, if you get my drift.

Wayne, three quarters of a century is, indeed, a milestone.  One that I will be joining you in one short month.

I am so glad that you are healthy and in good spirits.  I'm thinking there will be many of our classmates that will or have joined the Three Quarters of a Century Club.  (TQCC)  May we all enjoy good health and happiness!

Happy Belated birthday Wayne.

Here is a piece of advice, since we are talking about old age.  I spent decades reading nutritional studies.  A scientific frontier since we now have pharmaceuticals to cure everything.  From these studies, one conclusion I came away with was the human body is not designed to fail.  We fail in providing what the body needs in nutrition.  There are about 25 vitamins, 70+ minerals, a handful of oils and fats we need everyday.  These have been identified and list by the National Health Institute.  You see they are listed on your vitamin bottle with amounts and percentages.  Daily requirement.  What you do not know is this daily requirement is a minimum of what the body needs before illness and disease.  Think about that.  What are the odds you are getting this minimum?  Slim.  We only have good ripe fruit and vegetables a few months each year.  I doubt many of you are canning.  So, what happens if we do not get our minimums?  The effect is called Rate Limiting.  Of the necessary 100,000 biological reactions that are necessary to run your metabolism per second, the absence means things will not work right and will cause illness and disease.  Guaranteed.  Here is a piece of advice.  Shop for a strong multivitamin to add to your diet.  Not a one-a-day type, gummy, liquid.  Something with close to 300 mg of magnesium in three or more tablets a day.  Even with a strong multivitamin, the chances are you will not hit 100% of your daily requirement.  Buy a liquid fish oil, omega3 and take two tablespoons a day.  Buy vegetables, get enough protein daily.  Exercise your legs daily.  Keep hope in your heart because I gives you purpose.  It seems the loss of purpose is directly associate with death.  Visualize an older age of death.  You have a number in your mind.  Add a decade or two and believe itn it every day.  Enjoy.
