I wanted to share a memory from Junior year.  We had a substitute in Speech Class one morning so Chris Arellano and I switched names.  Turned out Chris got an A on his speech and I was overlooked for being a clown.

Needless to say Chris was adamant that we go back in a fess up so that I wouldn't steal his A.

Thanks for the posts. Paul, I was pleasantly suprised to hear the "It's a Beautiful Day" song. I went to a concert in early March '70 where they opened for the Grass Roots.

I first heard It's a beautiful day at Tape Head Company. There was one more Music (Tape Store) on State Street about the 900 block on the West side of the street... What was the name of that store anyway? Chad Gardner worked there for a while one summer. A guy named Wally sold tapes out of his trunk, down there too.
