RANDY CHILDS SAT BEHIND ME IN ONE OF MY CLASSES, WE BECAME GOOD FRIENDS. I THINK OF HIM OFTEN,I WAS SO SAD TO HEAR ABOUT HIS PASSING. I LOVED HIS SENSE OF HUMOR. TRULY ALL OUR LOSS IN HIS PASSING, WAY TOO YOUNG TO HAVE LEFT US. BONNIE CASPER CLYDE
Randy and I grew up in the same neighbor and were close friends. He died January 15, 1978, over a super bowl bet where two of his friends had a disagreement, wrong place/wrong time. I was fortunate to speak at his funeral and is something I'll never forget even after all these years.
