Track & field competition at Judge Memorial Saturday brought an unexpected surprise.  You know one of these two is my Granddaughter.  The surprise is the other little girl's Grandfather is Pete Petrigeorge. I chatted a bit with Pete's son and did request Pete's presence at the next reunion.

Ah, yes, the Good Old Days...and Memorial Day...and cute little Kiddies, related not by blood, perhaps, but by Friendship and Schools, High and Low :-)

frown Hey Paul A few weeks Ago you posted some facts about Lagoon, I noticed that Ralph Andrews was  A general  manager, there, I was wondering if that was our Ralph, we went to school with??    Gary

Hey Gary-
I can state with 100% certainty that it is one and the same Ralph Andrew. He went to work for Lagoon not long after we were at South High.

I worked for The Terrace Ballroom / Lagoon Corp. from Jr. High through High School.  I never ran into Ralph Andrew there, but I wonder if there might be some confusion . . . as Dick Andrew (yes, that Dick Andrew - great teacher at South) was also an exec at Lagoon Corp for all the years I worked there.  I understand he finally retired in 2015. In my view, Dick was always a class act - at South and on the job at Lagoon.

Hey Gary, You know. I do post videos about South High Cubs on our class page from time to time. I am sorry I missed the information about Dick Andrew on the Lagoon posts. The last time I made a posting of a South High Cub. was on 6/10/19 Bill Marcroft on the KUTV Hello Utah Promo video.  (The Good Old Days) I am very happy you saw my posting and thought about your friend again. Thanks for watching and connecting the dots.
